Sr. Graphic Designer
We’re looking for a creative Senior Graphic Designer to elevate brands with fresh, bold designs. At Exand, you’ll have the freedom to push creative boundaries while working with clients who value innovation. You’ll have the resources and support needed to help companies achieve their full potential and stand out in their industries.
What you’ll do
You will work directly with Marketing Managers and the Campaign Managers to build out new creative assets and landing page creative to distribute across all channels to create and capture demand for top companies and brands.
Build out creative that can include ads, landing page creatives, and custom graphics.
Take creative ideas all the way from idea to execution.
If you have experience in light animation, even better!
Maintain proper brand guidelines based on the clients requirements.
Work directly with the client and internal stakeholders at Omni Lab to bring your idea to life.
Understand when creative needs to be refreshed and improve based on performance.
Dig deep to understand Exand’s customers and create stories that engage and drive urgency in the mind of the target audience.
What you need
Over 4 years of professional graphic design experience, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality, impactful designs.
Extensive expertise in Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or After Effects, with the ability to leverage these tools to create visually compelling content.
Experience working in an agency environment (preferred, but not required), with a solid understanding of industry-specific design needs.
A passion for understanding the target audience to create designs that resonate with them and drive desired actions.
Proven ability to take creative concepts from initial ideas through to polished, final designs that meet client objectives.
A strong portfolio showcasing a range of work that demonstrates your design skills and creative approach.
